Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

What We’re Looking For:

• A technologist who’s passionate about the craft of software development
• 1+ years experience working with Ruby and Rails
• A passionate love affair with Ruby

What we’d really, really like:

• 2-3+ years working with ruby/rails
• Health care industry experience
• Experience building high availability web service APIs
• Significant experience with TDD/BDD

Front End Engineer

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience developing web applications with a keen sense for usability and user experience
• Stickler for clean, standards compliant markup
• Willing to define, uphold and (gracefully) enforce UI guidelines
• Not afraid of a little bit of refactoring or rewriting, but prudent about when to do either.
• HAML, HTML, CSS, SASS … no pretenders … no hacks

What we’d really, really like:

• Exposure to ruby/rails
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with other developers

You should have a solid portfolio that shows off your work.
